Zhou Jia Tang Lang Quan Study Group - Singapore's Online Community

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to start a study group in zhou jia tang lang quan which is an internal chinese martial art from southern China/Hong Kong originating from the Ke jia ethnic group of chinese peoples. (It is not related to bei tang lang quan)

The system specializes in making smaller people into stronger more powerful individuals as well as improving health in particular muscular back pains and knee joint pains.

If there is enough interest (only a small number is needed). I would like to start study group sessions outdoors in the Outram area. Sessions will be free.
