I use a Rev X, the one with the extended finger. For me, I find that I am more consistant using one then without one....and it also protect me from injuring my wrist again.
This thread is open to all...even if you don't wear one but have some opinion....please feel free to post... |

personally, i prefer 'Free Hand' maybe because i'm used to it... if i wear something, i feel very restrictive and awkward. To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Arsenal: Ebonite Angular One & Hammer Black Widow Bite |

Coach always says i have the tendency to 'break' my wrist during the arm swing b4 the release. Is it an indication of weak wrist and that i should get a wrist support. Any advise? To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

its all bad habit that your body dun wanna forget
to be frank pple who know mi long enuff will know that i dun like to take short cuts but than there are certain coaches out here who like to take short cuts due to obvious reasons and i have lost a number of students who wanna take short cuts due to this, and u are one of those who attended the "short cut" thing and developed tthe bad habit...if u have the perserverance, break the bad habit and do things properly all over again To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. I believe fundamentals are very impt esp for beginners and i dun believe in short cuts too...haha. im the opposite from your ex-students leh. i also felt that my ex-coach was teaching me shortcuts and i wasn't developing the correct techniques.
Anyway, will perserve and try to break my bad habit...but need your guidance...so be patient with me hor. To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
