Better pay & benefits has to depends ba... I might get a better pay & benefits on the next job but if my existing job offers more prospects, more chances of promotions or salary increase den i'll just stay...
Better working environment definitely will change for that... Good working environment is necessary to be happier working, and being happy at your workplace means higher productivity | |

Working environment and benefits dun really matter much to me cos I dun get to enjoy much benefits anyway and I quite ok with harsh working environment. But Money is what I would go for.
