Legally if your pay attracts CPF and you are a Singaporean, the company or organisation cannot escape CPF, report to MOM/CPF and they can follow up because non-payment of CPF is an offence which can result in fines for the organisation.

Is it a job contracted with an agency?

In my opinion, it is easier to get payments and timely payouts through agencies.

i am a singapore PR.my this stupid part time dun pay cpf.strange enuff cos its under community centre.it belongs to the govt right

Do you have the contract of service with the company/shop eg : Employment Contract or any documentations that indicates payment of salaries?

Yup... if you have those documents, it'll be easier for you to argue your case. If you don't have any, then do you have someone or time-in, time-out sheet that's duly signed by your boss to proof that you had indeed worked for that company before?

Cos MOM laws states that a company must pay an employee if he/she had worked in the company for more than 3 days. If it's less than 3 days, then the company has the right not to pay you. :speechless: :freakedout:
