I bought my wii plus wii fit few days ago!
Very fun! Got many mini games and some simple steps of exercises inside. XD
Anyone bought Wii Fit too?

wat exercises are offered in Wiifit.
is it really effective in keeping u fit?
does it work certain part of ur body or u can sweat ur whole body from top to toe?
cos quite an expensive investment on that

eh.. there's aerobics, yoga, strength and balance. It's quite effective if you really work it out bah, it also monitor your weight everyday.

Actually, wii fit kinda like helps you to get fit at home while playing games rather than spend really expensive lessons outside. However, you still need to put in an effort, i guess.

I saw it going for SGD 179 for the US wii-fit edition. Not sure about the Jap version though...
