Let me tell you this true life story.

I have a girlfriend with two teenage daughters. One is super smart and studied in the Express Stream. The other is always border line case in her studies, scraping through each year just by luck. My gf treats her daughters the same - they go holidays together, they get the same equal no of new clothes, same hp, eat the same kind of food.

The younger girl is loved by all including her smart jie jie. But in spite of all her well-rounded family upbringing, she hangs out with classmates who smoke and pilfer stuff from shops. Those classmates are notorious for making troubles in school. Why does this nice girl want their company when she has loving sister and cousins to hang out with?

Sometimes, it's not just parents who are to blame. PEER PRESSURE is real and for someone who is easily influenced by friends, it is easy to fall in with their exciting escapades.

Ever heard of teenagers who are super goody goody at home and become wild when they hang out with their friends outside?

That is not surprising okay? If all parents don't care about what their children do then all parents will go to court and declare their kids 'beyond parental control' and to be sent to Boys' or Girls' Homes. Most parents do care to lecture and teach their kids about being intimate with the opposite sex. The big question is 'DO YOU THINK THE KIDS OF TODAY LISTEN TO THEIR PARENTS?'

humm.. this is wat the problem tat kids facing right now.. i went to cck tat day.. and.. met my old station friz.. and as we park our bikes... and just a time for an unsweet show.. a gal kill herslef by becoming super gal.. and 2 of my friz call the police and the other guy and i look up.. and saw her mum.. looking down from her blk.. and we went up.. and talk to her.. while wait for the police to come.. wat we noe is tat.. she kill herself cos.. her mum dun let her haf bf.. when she found out tat... both of them haf sex.. and they just 15 y.o

Peer pressure is one thing but the nice girl could have chosen a 'good' hangout instead of the bad one.

"Money is the root of ALL evil" a very popular phrase spoken by millions internationally. But it is not true. The real evil is in the heart of the person who is having power over the money. If someone has a good heart, the money held will be used for a socially responsible cause and of course on the other hand if the person with the bad heart will use money for vices.
A person with a good heart will seek towards making money in a righteous way and a person with a bad heart will seek to do evil to get money unrighteously.

Therefore, it's all in the heart of the individual. Regardless pressure or not eventually it all points back to yourself. No peers can be blamed, no parents can be blamed, you are responsible for your own life. There might be certain trigger points(stress, peers, parents, poverty) but still if you point at someone, you find your own fingers pointing back at yourself.

There are many reasons on why people have pre-marital and underage sex. Phychologically, ONE of the main reasons it is due to the lack of family love at home and therefore they must look for a replacement outside. There are many other reasons on why young couples choose to engage in sex at that age but if I were to go on, I can write a book

i guess kids nowadays wanna act like adults...

peer pressure , lack of sex education from parents/teachers, curiosity, tv shows etc all contribute directly or indirectly...

and with technology, kids can access to porn easily... by hearing some adults talking abt it.. they think porn is the adult language.. and many times, i guess most kids dunno what they are doing also... they just wan to be adult and follow wat adults do ...

and society now has become more liberal... gov also encourage us to be open.. maybe thats give the wrong perception to kids... to see kids engaging in sex and got pregnant... tts a sad thing though...

Im a mummy n daddy's boi. i do wad my parents sae. bt 1 thing i cant listen is quit smoking.. i had tried bt cant...

abt sex, i did try b4. bt is safe sex. among all my gf(s), i had wif 2 of them. one of them is ask me wan to have anot. the other wan is out of sudden de.

bt i still feel that underage boi n gal are not matured enough. they are not fully grown and they wanna try out adult games. they can play other beta things then sex...:biggrin4:

Safe sex is very important.
Some people that I know do not practice so due to laziness but most of all it's due to the spurr of the romantic moment.

I guess everything that you do will have a consequence to pay. In this case we're talking about STDs, pre-marital unfinanced baby etc..

no... safe sex is to prevent future burden.. haha... i tink they feel that condom are expensive and furthermore nowadays kids where gt so much $$ to buy condoms??? so wad to do if they wanna explore adult games??? go unprotected sex lor. then they donno how to control , donno wads is semens, thats y nowadays so many youngsters kana pragnant.

I think it not because comdom are expensive, it more that they don't dare to buy comdom themselves. And I guess it like unexpected. It not like, 'okie, today will have sex. must prepare'. I feel it rather like last minute thing. Therefore no safe precaution is measured.
