Upon interview got to fill up the application form, there's a question: "Why do you leave your previous job?".
Will u answer in a honest way? Or will u give excuse? Why?

i will say look for better job prospects lor, or to look for a better job with higher pay. or juz simply say my co is not making money, never paying salary on time

Its always better prospects, trying something new.

It is not good to say anything bad about the previous job, company or boss.

Change of enviorment and learn new things. Most of management from the ex-company I've work in does not appreciate what I've done. Over worked and under paid. Back-stabbers. Getting a better CV, career, higher pay and also higher position.

I left my previous job cos it has lots of ot and that i am not able to concentrate on my part time study. My current firm actually know it and 9allowed me not to take as much Overtime as possible. So for my case, i actually put down my geninue reason.

normally will state as others stated... Change of environment or for better prospect... =) Guess most will write this way ba.. But sometimes was wondering those boss got see on this or not... Coz for me, if I interview people, will see their expected salary, working experience etc... I won't even bother why they leave the previous company... or which shool they are in or what lor... I think it's a waste of time... =P
