why is it so that when a team does not perform well and the manager is often the one or rather THE ONE to get axed?
why isnt the blame being put on players who dun perform ?
almost every team sports i know,like bball,soccer,american football
and such
when the team does not do well the manager is the one getting the axe
and when the team does well,
the player that scored the winning goal is often the hero but not the manager who draws out the winning pay that matters
why is it so?

The manager only to manage players to combine themself if a team lose the game, the manager have to be blame, bcoz is the manager fault for not combining his teams well.
When the player score the winning goal is alway a hero is bcoz he scores goal,all the fans plus everyone sees it, the manager never score , that what is call hero. ( Just my opinion )
I made a terrible mistake That I can't take back.Now when I close my eyes, All I see is black.Whoever thought,That this would happen to me I'm not chained physically,But mentally,I'll never be the same,Never again.I deeply regret ,what I did.The mistake I can't take back.I regret it deeply, I just have one plea....God please forgive me.

The manager is responsible for the team's tactics. Its his job to pick and combine the best elven players.

i think their pay about 20% of what the players are getting only
i remembered during michael jordans last season with the bulls of the second 3peat
he got 32million to play for that season whereas phil jackson is only getting somehing like 1.5mill only
as for soccer i think its almost the same percentage
