there are many places that are budget..

window shopping is one.. lol..
climb bukit timah, or walk the natural reserve like the mac ritche or sugei buloh..

walk around china town or people's park, outram.. tanjong paga.. all these places are kind of romantic if your gf likes to walk around and explore..

or even better.. shop in sugei road..

9. Gather photos that you two taken, make it into slides show or what so ever together
