Requested to start a new topic =x so here it is.
can i ask you guys something. i give you guys a scenario.
If one day you are using the public toilet and you done your business, it has only 1 basin. like wash hand. and it is choked by a tissue paper. will you remove the tissue paper and use it? or think that you are not the one to make it overflow so its ok?

lol! ok i think i am more lazy i will be like "NO CHOICE! AHH" you want to dip your hand in the basin to remove the tissue paper? previously dont know what is it use to wipe with and the water with lots of mucus or phelgm? ( i assume ) lol.
mostly for singaporeans, time is money.
Just say ok i am not the one who is going to make it overflow! so good luck to the last guy.
lets say if you are out.. like for shopping
