Im using a 5-step approach, am a spinner. wad i heard is dat, u should walk fast for spinners right? like one swift movement.. but somehow during my 3rd n 4th step i start to feel myself swaying abit.. Is it the way i walk? i dont walk like normal walking when i approach the foul like, kind of like glide actually, is dat the main problem?
Please advice..
cheers!! Don't worry about the people in your past, there's a reason they didn't make it to your future. |

in my opinion, the footwork should follow the natural momentum of your swing. in other words, you shouldn't be adjusting your swing according to your footwork. it should be the other way round. that way, your timing will be more accurate. though they may give u tips here and there, and u might pick up tru your observation but are u sure u can do it correctly?
in bowling there is no such thing as photocopy, cos u will need to know what happens at that split second wich not many pple are able to catch cos only the bowler himself/herself is able to feel it or maybe its natural for them to do so...
be it spinning or hook or even str8 ball, solid fundamentals is a must and sad to say, that dept is what u lack in...
go and work on it before u go more advance, only with a solid foundation than u will be able to progress far, unlike some bowlers i see who does not wanna get foundations right end up with injuries and such To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater.
