Before the end of the month, you realized that your account only left less than 20% of your allowance/salary, you have 20 days before you get your next pay-day or allowance.
And whats more, you are owing dozen of twenties/hundreds of dollars to your friends/land lord/broker/agent/insurance.
Realizing you're busy with work, activities, school and gatherings. You have no time. Worrying about people chasing for $$$, daily spending, and even food. What drastic measures would you take to find the cash you need?
Option A. Rob/Steal?
B. Beg?
C. Borrow more?
D. Quit all activities and work in Macs/Part-time?

Lol. Maybe you lack financial planning.
Always save a portion of what you earn BEFORE you spend the remaining amount. Not spend on what you earn and save whatever is left.
If I were you, I'll probably stop all social activities. Cancel whatever redundant stuff you're paying every mth. Find an extra job. And pray hard ur friends dun slaughter u coz u cant pay up.
btw, did u owe them coz u gamble? lol. | |

The last I checked, my bank account remains 10 bucks. And so, I'm in that exact same situation now.
And so...I'm trying to cut down till the next pay day and I'm looking for part time assignments as well.
I might consider borrowing from friends, only if I am confident of repaying them soon. I don't really like to owe or borrow.
I have tried all kinds of desperate measures, which includes giving out flyers, and so I guess I would rather work to get the additional cash to pay off the loans. Hopefully by then the next paycheck will be in. The girl with the signature red font. -The name thee dare not speaketh-

None of the above.
Its pretty much useless when you cant find out the source of your problem....
How did you end up broke in the first place? Is it really because you spent too much? You see, here is the problem, you can cut off all your spending till the next paycheck....then once you have the money you will spend again....you are actually running in circles.
The key here is self-discipline. Learn to keep at least 20% of what you make...and never touch it....Ever...
In Singapore...its almost impossible to be broke...there are tons of opportunities, libaries, schools to attend to learn and improve on your marketable skills....So if you are broke, got to really ask yourself "how did I spent my money".....
