GST is rising again tis coming sun.. b4 it does, i'm gg on clothes, shoes n bags shopping spree wif my fren tis sat. they r my must buys!! how bout u?? where would u go for ur spree n wat r the things u must buy?? would u bear to spend a bomb b4 for future use now den to buy bits by bits aft GST rises??

Usually for people who ahve money they will go and buy a car because 7% increase for a car is A LOT

Originally I wanted to get a 1oz gold coin before gst go up. Coz 2% will be like $20 increase.

depends on wat u buy lo.. if u buy a cheap item like tissues of cos no diff.. but if u're heavy buyers who shops a lot, it makes a big diff in prices.. say u buy 1piece of cloth save 80cents, u buy 10pieces can save 8bucks lo. den if u buy more exp ones like mp3? cam? can save jiu save la.. duh..

Yea it's best to buy heavy and big ticket items now since 7 percent of the gross price is alot.

Anyway I think the gst credits should be in our account by today. I think they gave us in advance. You girls can go check.

Well I predict the sat before the GST increase will be really swamped with people desperate to get their stuff before the increase!

I'm considering investment in physical gold.

Actually GST increase will be more than $20.

But decided to hold on first coz I think gold prices will fall further.
