as in those prices on webby is 4 for $12. but on the order list its reflected as $4 each. which means total $16. is this correct?

Just ignore the order list, I have spoken to the CSO and he had will credit the 20% discount amount to my card which will takes about 3 business days.

In short, our order is entitled to the 20%. No worries, you will still be paying 4 for $12.
