Avon had cancelled my order yesterday as the cc issued by my bank did not take part in the banking Global Address Verification System.
They require an electronic address verification from my bank to their payment processing center.
I do not know how long it will takes as I do not wish to delay this order going to VPOSTUSA OR.
I have tried to reorder using Paypal to make payment but they do not accept payment from non-U.S. Paypal account. Their system had totally changed.
Hence, I have decided to cancel this spree and make refunds for all.
