1st one can tell that it's jumped down from building then the head explode..

2nd one more like people use knife to chop open..

oh.. it might be that the late has jumped down from a building. and the second picture is a picture of her face cleaned up already. so ya.

The pixs are of the same young girl - injuries sustained from jumping down fr high floor of building. The 2nd pix showed the severe extent of her landing, head first to the ground.
