Hi folks, if you know of any nice vegetarian shops / stalls be it in SIN or around the world...pls post here...hope that all vegetarians can have a easier way to find nice food
I'll roll the ball...

SINGAPORE
West - Tianyi: Blk 304 Jurong East - got roti prata and mee rebus
The Whole Earth - serves vegetarian Thai and Peranakan cuisine.
Piao XIang @ Fortune Centre---recommended dish 魚頭米粉
evergreen something @ 4th flr Fortune Centre -organic vegetarian restaurant. they have great unique food like sushi, soba, herbal soup and all!
Roma's Deli 100 Beach Road #01-23 Shaw Towers - spaghetti etc


CHINA
Beijing - 河潭月色: 12 Liufang Nanli, Chaoyang District : a very quiet place..restuarant decor is quite nice..except tat the place is abit remote...(quite difficult to find cos' its at some residential place, but near to CIEC)


TAIWAN
Food in central is better than North
Taipei - 3 stalls along Huaining Street (懷寧街）
one shop @ taipei main station underground mall - like 日式牛排面
Taichung - 3 stalls In Fengjia market (I like the 鐵板繞, it suit my taste best in the stall below)

Sun Moon Lake - right beside the visitor information centre (there's no other choices, the only veggie eatery there)


MALAYSIA
MALACCA - L.C. Vegetarian Food Organic market

This is a very wonderful eatery. Food is cheap & Nice. THere were 7 of us, we ordered around 6 dishes and cost RM70+. Its one of the best place in Malaysia / Sin. If you are going to Malacca, sure cannot miss this out.

haha im vegetarian but i dunno where to get good foods.
all i do is find a vegetarian store and jus order.

Haha....thanks...i dun want to put so much of sin, cos' vegetarian food is anywhere...but i'll try to put those overseas...b gg to Tibet, perth n south of taiwan soon...hope i can update this thread with new veggie places

yes...some vegetarians do take eggs n some dun...cos' farm eggs dun hv life as in it won't breed into chickens....the strict ones dun. I do take eggs unless its kampung egg.

Yes...i'm a vegetarian too...just like u, i take eggs, but strictly no onion / garlic / shallots etc.
I saw in happycow that Japan has vegetarian food as well...but of cos' if there isn't, u can still find something edible there...i often travel for work & i'll eat bread & pastries etc if there's no veggie stalls / restuarant near where i work.

yes...its not easy to find...i had a hard time finding 苛塘月色too...but there's a sign outside...so have to be observant...i think the sign is not easy to spot though...
i also went to another restuarant, 我行我素...their food got onion / garlic...but u can request them to cook without...i think that restuarant food taste better....:

since a young age. but not from birth.. because i remember when i was young.. i ate fish.. now i don like the smell and looks of it.. the fish eye looking.. eeeew
