Position 1: Assistant Membership Manager
Working hours/ days : 5 ½ alt days work-week
(Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm)
(Sat- 9 am to 1 pm)
Qualifications : Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Hotel Management or equivalent
Job Scope :
· Organising and controlling the activities of the Membership Department
· Developing sales and marketing business plans
· Creating innovative sales and membership programmes
· Promote the Marina’s services and facilities
· Planning and promoting events and activities to members and guests
· Administrative compliance for the Membership Department
· Building strong members’ relations
Other Requirements :
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
· Experience in the Club or Hospitality environment will be added advantage
· Strong leadership and must be a team player
· Excellent communication skills
· Service-oriented with an outgoing personality and good interpersonal skills
Salary: S$2,400.00/mth


Position 2: Sales & Marketing Manager
Working hours/ days : 5 ½ alt days work-week
(Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm)
(Sat- 9 am to 1 pm)
Qualifications : Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Job Scope :
· Lead the Banquet Sales team to meet sales targets and to provide the highest level of customer service
· Some experience in Sales & Marketing of Guests Room
· Responsible for sales and costs to ensure maximum results
· Development of sales and marketing plans
· Initiate innovative ideas for increasing banqueting business
· Identification, pursuit and generation of new clienteles
· Responsible for selling all banquet facilities and services
Other Requirements :
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
· Experience in Clubs or Hotels will be added advantage
· Strong leadership and must be a team player
· Excellent communication skills
Salary: S$2,400.00/mth


Position 3: Club Manager
Working hours/ days : 5 ½ alt days work-week
(Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm)
(Sat- 9 am to 1 pm)
Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management is a must
Job Scope :
· Manage the Club’s day-to-day operations which include Food & Beverage, Rooms & Front Office and Housekeeping
· Responsible for the development of sound marketing strategies, promotions and other programs to increase revenue
Any Other Requirements :
· Previous relevant management experience in clubs or hotels is necessary
· Preference of incumbent with extensive food & beverage, hotel rooms & front office management experience
· Incumbent should possess an outstanding customer service mindset, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, organizational & leadership qualities and excellent team player
· At least 8 years relevant working experience in a managerial position
Salary: S$4,100.00/mth


Position 4: Cook with basic Indian cuisine skills
Working hours/ days : 6 days work-week (split shift)
(Mon-Fri 10 am to 10 pm)
(Sat- 10 am to 10 pm)
Qualifications : ‘N’ level equivalent
Job Scope : with basic Indian cuisine skills
Other Requirements :
Preferably an Indian (Christian or Muslim - local or Malaysian)
Salary: S$800.00/mth
