Director Ng Wei Min was passing by Jurong Central in the morning at around 8:30am on the 14th of Feb when he saw an overturned grey van.
The accident between the overturned van and another white van caused some minor congestion on the road as it blocked off one lane.
Since the accident occurred early in the morning, there wasn't a crowd.
However, Wei Min stayed on for awhile and he saw two traffic policemen arrive just in time to salvage the situation.
He deduced that no one was seriously injured as "an ambulance would have arrived if either of the drivers involved in the accident needed immediate medical attention."
The police confirmed they received a call about this accident at 8 am involving a car and a van which occurred at the junction of Jurong Town Hall Road and Jurong Central. No one was injured in the accident.
