Job Scope
AR/AP/GL Duties
Monitor cash flow
Bank Reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations
Credit control on accounts receivables
Submission of GST returns
Month-end closing
Preparation of Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet and schedules
Pre-requisites
Min. Diploma in Accountancy/G.C.E. ‘O’ Level with LCCI Higher Accounting
Min. 2-3 years experience in handling full sets of accounts a MUST
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Experience in ERP systems advantageous
Hands-on and able to multi-task
Good in spoken and written English
Committed and able to work under pressure
Pleasant disposition
Able to start work immediately or at short notice

Working Hours :
9.00 am to 5.45 pm (Mon to Fri)
9.00 am to 1.00 pm (Sat)
2 Saturdays off/month (upon confirmation)

HR & Admin Assistant
Duties:
Provide full administrative support to HR and Admin Department
Pre-requisites:
Diploma or GCE ‘O’ level with Certificate in Human Resource Management
1-2 years relevant working experience in office administration
Proficient in MS Office
Able to handle confidential & sensitive information
Team player with initiative
Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

ORDER MGT ADMINISTRATOR
The Job:
Order processing and support First Article trial in planning materials purchase and production
Coordinate with Sales/Marketing, Buyers, Manufacturing, Logistics and Shipping to ensure prompt delivery to customers
Major results include prompt and accurate system and data entries to accurately reflect order requirements, availability, material movements and delivery performance
Requirements:
A level/Diploma holders with 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Conversant in Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoint preferred
Singapore Citizen
Location: Lok Yang Rd
ADMINISTRATOR (ENGINEERING) Post Date: 19 Jun 07
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks for engineering department
Manage document control filing system
Administer project records
Provide support or back up to office administrator
Provide general administrative support to the Engineering Manager
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration; A-Level / Certificate holders with experience may be considered
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills (English), both oral and written
Positive attitude, reliable, independent with high work commitment and good interpersonal skills
Meticulous, good with paperwork, highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
