Can anyone help me fix this problem?.
the update go to 51% and it said fail, and i tried to start my phone,cant work.
i use my PC to update my phone.

now everything not working, only can see the red light behind the phone(Near the Cam)

How to fix this problem? is there anything can fix without bring it to service?

uplorry riaos. so sorry to hear that. that model is especially problematic it seems. u shud bring it down to their svc centre with your warranty card

how should i Registered? from Website? but this phone i broght from starhub promt de. so i not sure. but if i pay can right? or cant? cos can pay that one nvm but now i only scare the srvs center wont help me fix if the warranty card lost.

dun worry if got $$ can liao. warranty is for free i think.
their call centre number:
if it is less than one year i they should be able to fix it for you free even if you dun have card.
1. u can call them (SE) to check. i'm quite certain they can do it for you!
2. u can call starhub for them to give u the Proof of Purchase.

i used this site (www.wotanserver.com) service before... but is payment via paypal but to me it's worth every cent as it works but only gripe is it brings everything back to default as when u 2st bought is... i.e. if u've never backuped yr data, phonebook b4... too bad cos these will all be wiped clean... but u can choose which region firware u want... so it's pretty cool. last time my k800 cocked up also but managed to 'de-brand' it then in teh end got the james bond theme and all with the asia pac casiono royale theme... not too bad at all... and for those who del off the phone intro video unintentionally, debrading it will reinstall it for u.
this option is more of for ppl like me who prefer to do it yrself than let the service centre open yr set physically etc...)

opps... srry for the uber late reply. haven logged in for a while... hoped yr phone is fixed by now... yea via paypal...
(1) payment made via wotan website for credit;
(2) they will then issue u a code;
(3) in which after u'll need download the wotan software (with the firmware included) to reflash,
(4) key in the code & u can now reflash... not v difficult...
the only part perhaps is choosing the right firmware bah...(no problem as the firmwares r alreadi classified into the different phone models liao... like k800, w960 etc...) just a matter of different regions etc... like asia pac, australia, us etc...
therefore u must be v sure which one u prefer. if not waste $... lolx.

unfortunately, i can't really recall the amt but if memory serves, it's somewhere ard 14 odd sgd bah... aft
