anyone got discretionary admission by NUS - Faculty of Science? If so, hows the interview like? Help me..

for those courses related to communications ur gp muz be vry well done e or else they wun accept bahz....most of e ppl i knoe is A or Bs den got in there e...but u've got a D for ur gp i think it might be alittle hard..coz competition in this course is kinda high e bahz...

for mi if i didn remember wrong i got my letter ard may too...i got rejected by nus n they also send a letter of rejection...in other words they will stilll send u a letter regardless of whether u're accepted or not ba....

i went for e interview bfore i got into uni too...for mi it was a one-to-one session with the sch dean n e professors....they'll ask random qns like whats ur hobby, why u chose this particular field and so on...my fren got into real estate in NUS n she also went in throu interview....they evn ask her what her name means,,,,

all the courses i applied don't need interview.... but then, now peeps are receiving letters le? oh my gosh... i better rush home to check my mails... *scared*

my 1 or 2 frends gort letter alr too. but most haven get yet. so worried!

I think those who got their letters early is becoz their result is good de, around 3 As ba.. 3 of my friends who got 3 As got into their 1st choice liao..

So tat means we wont get into our 1st choice if we cant get the letter by now?

nvm de after that can appeal one right..there's gonna be other ppl who want to get out of their course, maybe there'll be vacancies.

ehhh... how you apply? i mean, i submitted those cca thingy, essays and stuff lor... must be my result like shit, they don't even consider me from any admission *cries*

did u ask your teacher to write referal letter or put their contact numbers down so that the uni can call them up and clarify with them about you? i did not do that 2 years back but i still manage to get into FASS.
