Dear all,

Not sure if any1 has ever faced the same thing as what i have faced inside workplace..

hmmm how shd i start?? lolx. ok here it goes..

i have a colleague who is a pet to her superior.. but her capability is not as gd as me.. i am consider as her senior in terms of rank as well as in terms of working period in the co. (and age of cos , 1 yr older , hahah)

she is always late no ppl will sae her.. for whole year, she is late everyday, she told every1 she will work back for the mins she is late.. but dun u tink its already not rite to be late? so wad if u work back ? and who noes?

she is slow and i meant real slow.. once she is a buddy of mine (as in buddy system kind of buddy, nt frend frend tat buddy) when i was on leave go for exams.. she didnt do any of my stuffs.. even thous urgent she juz left it lying, wadever is pending on the day before i on leave. to the day im back.. is still pending.. wads worst.. on the day i return, her superior is helping her to do my work.. and when i asked .. she said, that girl ytd told her abt all these pendings.. and tat girl wanted to come back to help me do (cos we having alt sat).. i was dammed mad lo.. as her superior., u dint sae anything, but u help her do.. u pity her when she sae she wan to come back on sat to do e pendingfs.. and the time she told her was friday NITE!

i find myself in a rubbish company.. realli rubbish..

so a new year begins.. she continues to be late.. no ppl sae anything still

i was given a chance to do payroll.. (i was in AR previously)// i tot , oh finally they see me..
but what nv i expect!!! they let her go do GL! going to GL was a request i made to my superior last YR!!! nw due to turnover @ GL, this chance is not given to me!!!!

oh gosh i cant stand it!!! when i asked her why im not given the chance, she told me there oli nid 2 ppl (tat girl n 1 of my frend)... den i sae y im not among the 2 to be choosen.. she sae i am leanring opartial rite now...

den i asked her y i have to do partial n not in FULL.. she told me step by step.. gosh.. this is ridiculous!!!!!

so i replied, means i am not capable enuff to do full so i have to go step by step?

guess wad.. she sae does nt mean that, stil got mani factors to consider..

so mani factors to consider... and why YET SHE IS CHOOSEN!!!!!!!

y they didnt consider my feelings!!!!!!!

wad a ENTERTAINing ans!!! i realli cant accept it.. i feel like resigning.. its realli rubbish1!!

so next day we have a small meeting.. my superior was on course, so that girl's superior host the meeting..

so i asked her how is it choosen, wad factors u all consider.. she answer me sae dunno.. its head's meeting.. den decide..

WTH!!!! wa.. they are driving me crazy..

my mum ask me "kan kai yi dian".. but HOW TO kan KAI!!!! please tell me..

Well, I guess this is the so called "working life". Some people just bootlick the way up. My company have got such people too. Wat to do? The boss enjoy the bootlicking!

bo bian lor... it's either you take it or leave it..

you can either fight for it, and maybe end up jobless.. or keep quiet and tolerate..

there is always some idiots that make working life harder for us.. what to do?

i speak up. but the ans they gimmi is real entertaining ... wad dunno.. dunno but still can elect ppl go do GL... if i quit like tat bcome not a gd ending.. who noes when they wil bcome my superior again..
if i dun, i realli so demoralise lo.. realli no mood to conmtinue to committe in my work.. like now.. im aimlessly doing nth..

no.. a lady.. all e head are ladies.. speak dun speak ended up same thing..
all of us are so disgusted by the behavior of the girl lo.. i mean realli wad. where will a co allow their staff to be late EVERYDAY?

but ignore this fact, she stil can be choosen to go do GL...

they always tell those who quit, u all should let us know ... SO? let u all know.. i told them i wan go GL last yr.. ended up??

hehz~ to sidetrack, is yr organisation anti-male or wad? lolx "all e head are ladies.. " or perhaps the overall ahdua/ tow-kay is a guy. haha~

yah... going by yr account, yr superior is indeed lame (to say the least) in answering you but really such things are unavoidable i guess regardless of which organisation/ institution one is in (Public or Private). Be it an MNC, SME or even a school. It's like an illness that doesn't discriminate 'cos it's really human nature to favour certain things over another. I'm sure we all do haf ppl we like and ppl whom we do not excatly like (so to speak)>> the no love lost kind. Hence, really difficult to avoid or prevent such things from happening. Strangely but truely enough, sometimes you dun even need to have a reason for it. In such cases, victims will simply be potrayed as just 'suay' lor...>>>wrong place at wrong time etc.

We'll have to live with discrimination (we homo sapiens are really complex creatures aren't we not??) unless we somehow reach a state of utopia by then in which we'd haf attained sainthood... haha
