that which might have problems to give u salary every mth? Will u continue to stay on as the company is near yr hse and u can save transport and meal expenses?

i will leave definitely.. i rather travel than not getting my pay every mth... i dont wan to be a free labour to the company...

better leave..if they dont even have the ability to pay u...how long can u remain on the job, dont think it has a lot of job prospects when they have problems forking out money to pay u...

I will resign as the company can't provide u a good future and u will have to worry every mth whether u will be able to get your pay too.

hi do u mean that your boss might not hav the ability to pay u at all? or jus that your boss will pay u late n u still get yr salary ultimately? cos my 1st job.. my boss can delay my pay till the 6th of the month.. if i got a job which is so near my hse i will definitely stay.. but still it depends on the situation..

i will leave the company asap .. you wouldnt know they may end up cant pay u at all.. then will be working for them FOC and it also a waste of time staying in a company that cant pay u

My boss is paying me late but is always delay till mid of mth or even later and now my company acc no much $ left so i might not get my pay for this mth or maybe late of april then get it.

Better leave as soon as possible... this type of company is very prone to declaration of sudden bankruptcy. :speechless:
