For me I have work for femal and male boss but i think female is better as they are caring and also maybe i'm a female so got can tell them the problems i face in work easily

Depends on the working environment and the responsibilities of the boss job. sometimes cannot blame them when they get temperamental...for it boils down to the working environment.

Character of boss cannot be helped bah!

Although a lady boss may have temper or emotions, but a lady boss will tend to consider the welfare of her staffs.

Male, cuz usually they're more easy-going. Female are more "ngiao" (I can't deny this, I think I'm liddat also haha).

IMO... i dont see anything wrong with this thread. Those who have been in the working society long enuff will know better wat is the diff between lady and male bosses. So i guess the TS jus wan to know wat kind of boss those working adult will prefer.

Back to topic : For myself... i have been working for many years, and i get to have male and female bosses. And I can said there is pros and cons. Some females bosses can be real good and some no. I ever worked under a female boss who everyday also in bad temper, like having PMS..alot of collegues dont like her.. and she is quite old in age and not married.. So i always tell my bro if u wan to find a job.. make sure u dont work under a female boss who is over 40 and not yet married ( i m not the onli one said that.. alot of ppls said that ). U will have a hard life under her. AS for male.. some males bosses can be quite nasty! It like they will try to backstab u .. but that onli apply to some males bosses.. not all..
