Do u mind workin in the same company as your fren?

If u know that your company is hiring.. n yr fren is jobless at that moment would u intro him/her the job? or u won't? From what i know... many said that its not wise to have frens workin in the same company... If u r in such situation what would u do?

For me I dun mind if my company is hiring ppl and the job and workplace suit her I will ask her to try for it!

its not wise to work together with friends.. unless you both know where to draw the line.. and not take work back after working hours..

kind of unrecommended i think ... u guys have to compete against each other for promotion... then very often when one gets promoted the other buey song, then both get into bad terms... the one who nv get promoted may think that the promtoed one is picking on him when he point out mistakes or whatever.

if is a very good fren.. i wont mind.. but mostly i wont... better to have frens stay as frens... if frens also as colleague... i scare got more conflicts..

i wldn't mind letting her know there's a job vacancy but i wldn't let my boss know that she's my friend until she officially starts work.

it's better for her, as she got the job based on her qualification and abilities than to let others speak ill of her.

we can get along each other very well.... but for mi, im nt working in a company, n hav those "politics" ur hav in de office...
so yeah... fine...

It would be nice to have a familiar face at the work place. But make sure that this friend is a person with good working ethics. You wouldn't want to be blamed for recommending someone not good enough for the job!

i wont mind having friends in the same company. i felt its much better also. since u said its a friend. he or she might keep a look out for u. =D

plus ur lunch and meals. u wont be alone. hahaha

Erm... I don't really mind, but best is that we are of different departments, so that there will be no qualms when it comes to promotion & pay rise matters.
