Do u leave on the dot?

Hi peeps.. Do u leave on the dot? (Say ur work is from 9am-6pm, do u leave when e clock strike 6) OR do u stay in the office for some time like till 6.30pm or 7pm(be it voluntarily or involuntarily) b4 leaving?

When I was working as a temp last time (hourly rated, OT included), I usually stay about 2-4 hours everyday and leave together with the perm staffs cuz they got car can "tompang" their car, hitch a ride...

Now that I'm working as a contract, and my agency put there "not entitled to overtime"... I heck care, leave on the dot... Just not worth it... Work so hard for 9 hours, they take away lunch, plus always got people submit their stuff to me last minute... I gave up on rushing till 8 or 9pm everyday now, cuz people will always throw stunts... Just work according to my contract, if they wan me to commit more, adjust my benefits lor... Already as a contract, very underpaid le, still wan commitment...

YES, on the dot. In fact abt 15-20mins earlier. Took private transport machiam like those sch bus. If i miss it, need to spend at least 90mins to get home coz i work in jungle area

no.. i usually pretend to work till 6.15pm, the earliest then i will leave if not then 6.30pm.. hahahha

on the dot! 6pm sharp.. off pc and off i go .. or when the timesheet show 8 hrs.. time for me to go home.

I didn't know there's a difference between contract and temp! Care to explain more?

at times when i am really tired or if got sth on, I will leave on the dot.. 5.15pm sharp den i go liao...

on closing days where i am very busy... will stay and earn ot..

I will stay awhile longer to finish up my work...sometimes, stay behind to have dinner with my boss.

End usually at 5.30 but leave about 7....
