Do u encourage working with relatives?

Recently my cousin approached me asking me to help him.. Some encouraged me to join him some discourage they said that there might be conflicts and in future it will b difficult to face him.. How???

whether both of you
can get along.
or if he is going to be your superior or not.
and how you feel if he is.
if everything's fine,
i dun see any problem with it.
like me, i am currently
working in the same company as my cousin.
she's the one who recommended me this job.
but thank god i am not in the
same department as her.
as she's quite difficult to work with.

i dun encourage working with relatives.. cos if anything happens.. very hard to say out our views... sure will have conflicts de... but if you are very close.. i guess shld be ok ba...

if you are afraid... decline the offer... in case anything unhappy happen, at least you still have the good r/s with your cousins.

haha...hundred percent dun work with ur relatives ah unless u are in very poor condition liao.....confirm have a lot of conflict one, even live with relatives for a long time also confirm will shorten the life...LOL...just joking..

i dun agree working woth relatives or family... coz wad u do will be restricted and when you do something wrong, they will complain to ur parents and also it controls ur freedom of wad u like to do...:biggrin4:
