i take this vitamin mum bought once daily, it tastes just like the gummy and skittles mixed together, and costs $30 one small bottle o.O im actually quite doubtful whether it really helps my body.

S-factor lor..... its a cost saver for me as i very kiasu.... everything also want vitamin A-E, iron, calcium, anti-oxidants, probiotics (Yalkut), royal jelly, Folic acid for my brain.....

haha.. I take Cod Liver Emulsion Orange flavour.. The Scotts brand.. Coz it says builds up immune system. ^^"

Wanted to try royal jelly but other forum de ppl sae eat le will have growing appetite.. den I scared later I put on weight. XD

Clover, I don't know if you are doing it already, but a friend recommended me to use toothbrushes with soft bristles, and now my gums no longer bleed. Previously was using medium but will bleed when I brush sometimes.
