i once have this tution for maths at the person's house, and it cost $190 for 4 lessons so imagine how much must u pay for double maths. In the end, they kick me out. why? cuze i did not attend 1.5 mths of lessons.
reasons are:
-i need to prepare for my china trip in 3rd and 4th week on nov, 1st week of dec/
- i had chicken pox for one whole mths(unlucky and nvr go to the china trip effort wasted)

And i told the teacher.
my mother 'tan pan' with him and then he say: wah u all do business like that one ah. dun care daughter's studies one ah.

omg how u think u will react if u are in my position?

the tr who scolded my mother is called louis lee B.Sc(NUS) <-- uni student still like this.
his wife is Cleare lee B.Sc(NUS), SIP in Edu(NIE)
all advise me wad to do

Explain your situation. Tell him about your chicken pox and show him evidence (doctor's letters, MC etc are good). If all fails, use your last resort: complain to the Consumer's Association.

If you paid for the tuition, he didn't provide you with the services, you can complain about him.

But if you've yet to pay for the tuition, then heck - forget it, there's better tuitors elsewhere. (:

wah lau eh Fathernature i think you shouldnt anyhow post ppl hp number on the net. and their address some more.
$190 for 4 lessons is $50 less than what i charge my students.
hmmm.. if you still want him to teach you, then just tell him lor, got $ to earn he sure want one.
if you are disappointed then perhaps you want to find someone else already.

So is the teacher's decision to kick you out or the tuition centre? hmm is there any in charge for the tuition centre? If yes, can tell the in charge regarding your problem and try getting back the money for the remaining lessons... If not, then u have to find other tuition center ba...
