imagine you wanna go work (7days) and theres alot of chioce for you.. (ard 10km away) without consession.

Bus - Ard $ 1.6x7
MRT - $3.0+x7
Taxi - $10x7
Car - $100++x7

now which one more expensive?

mind explaining what you refer to as public transport? Taxi, bus and train are all considered public transport, but their fees vary a lot.

If bus or MRT train, got expensive meh? OK lah... not too bad compared to other countries.

Public trpt is consider pretty competitive lah compare to other country...as i can see more newer buses and mrts are use....so it still ok...and definitly cheaper then driving a car...for sure...

dad's 2.5 camry cost like 100+ for petrol a week.

last wk, i flagged down a cab in the mornin (peak hrs subcharge timin) from my place in Punggol to go to Jurong West area....
the whole trip cost about $35....
i wonder if it s considered as expensive leh????
i think more expensive than car liao....
