As much as I dislike the taste or smell of herbs, I must say that it works very well. TCM cures from the core of the problem and possibly preventing it from recurring again. In addition, it strengthens the immune system allowing it grow stronger as time goes by.

I went for TCM for quite a number of months religiously every week and taking medicated soups for at least 5 days a week :freakedout: to cure my indigestion problem. It's tedious but rewarding. Once in awhile I will want to take it as a way of strengthening my system especially with all the yummy food around me. :love4:

Anyone tried TCM here as well? Do share your experience.

Rrrrr i'm trying to abstain from western medication when I'm sick nowadays and if worst comes to worst, try TCM. In the long run its better for me, after all (:

That's true. Most of the time we just want to get well faster, so we take western instead.

i don't really believe in tcm.
but i believe acupuncture works.
I'm more for western. (:

Hahaha acupuncture is scary though when my coach took out all his needles trying to fix my leg cramps i ran away on one leg haha : X

it depends. Acupuncture is an alternative medicine, which western medicine looks into now.
i believe, combination of west and eastern medicine will complement each other.
But when buying TCM, must make sure that they are legally approved by the ministry. There are some TCm which contains dangerous stuff that may harm your kidney or liver.

Yeah! I only go to reputable TCM for treatments. Herbs to them are also very sacred and it should not be taken if you have nothing wrong. They say that even herbal teas should not be taken lightly cos it's also a form of medicine.

ya lor. and also cannot anyhow mix with western medicine. or else later, mix already, can go toilet many many times, or in the worst scenerio, admitted to hospital ah!

ya true true.. recently i jus heard frm my mum that a lady who has cancer is cured after takin chinese medicine. For me, i'm into chinese medicine too.. Sometimes when i'm have high fever n after takin anti-biotics.. the fever still doesn't go away... then my mum will bring me to the chinese doctor.. n after drinkin the bitter medicine.. after a big SWEAT.. I'm ok!!..
