SP is known for technical education... TP is more into business... i think i wanna go TP  But i also wanna go Republic poly coz they have magic as a CCA... People that don't know me thinks I'm shy.

Each poly has its own niche area of study. It's hard to define which poly is the better one and which is the worst. From what I know is that TP is famous for its design school, NP for its business school, NYP for its science school and SP for its engineering school. RP, I'm not too sure... RP is good in sports mangement stuff and event management because RP have collaboration with overseas uni and Singapore sports coucil.

i think there is no "top" poly in SG but all hv its own strengths as the others hv mentioned. Right now all i know is that:
NP: gd in Mass Medi
TP: gd in Design
