is it easy to burn? what about "brick blocking" etc?

or does this simplify stuff? http://cheapgifts.byethost13.com/360/

image burn is your other friend.
Brick blocker only useful when you want to prevent game from doing firmware update.

Not sure about ur case, but what software u used to open the ISO? usually i just throw the ISO to ImgBurn then insert the disc then burn it. If cannot then u need to find another source for ISO.

personally i dun like torrent, lot of craps.

If dont download from torrent where do you get them?

So bascially brickblocker is only for games like SSBB and Galaxy? (only know of 2 games that forces an update)

Yea if not torrent where do you get the ganes?? Anyways, I tried throwing into ImgBurn but fails too. Haiz, the file must be corrupted then. What a waste of disk space lol. I'm gonna try downloading from another source.

patching is required for some titles

to see what needs to be patched, check this wiki
http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/index.p...y_List:_NTSC-J

if u see it as down for maintenance, access it via a proxy, like www.proxify.com

If the game needs WGLP patch, you can check the http://www.qisahn.com/index.php?main...d=87&chapter=2

you cannot open a wii iso w/o trucha signer

glhf, it is not tt tough. i think the most challenging is mario kart wii as u need to get a jap dump of 3.1Jv3..

I've tried that, but still it says the same thing. I tried extracting the ISOs with WinRAR but the program says it's in unknown format or damaged. =/

if your wii firmware version is newer or same than the one that come with SSBB, it will not force an update.

there're lot of sources better than torrent leh. But when the ImgBurn say cannot open then the problem is the ISO file, not about patch or anything else.

BTW, for SMG you need to patch, that's why in my 1st post i ask about region of the Wii and firmware, as well as the region of the ISO. Feel free to PM me if you have indepth question since mod stuff is not welcome here

Hi, new here. Got a problem too. I have a jap mod will set with the wiikey. Burned the guitar hero game recently but when i put into the wii, a black screen with white jap text appears and I have to restart my set. What may be the problem? Do i need to update my wiikey inorder to play or is it because my wii is updated to the 3.3J firmware?

Desperate for help!! Thanks in advance.

Your guitar hero is the modified one, is it? then it was trucha signed, and firmware 3.3 block all the Trucha disc.

You have 2 choices here:
- Using a alternative method to load disc like GeckoOS or menuloader.
- Downgrade it back to 3.2.

Thanks for your reply.

The guitar hero should be modified as it says it works well with wiinja V2 chip.

How do i go about downgrading it? Read somewhere online and they say although can downgrade successfully but there will still be traces of info about 3.3 in the set itself, how true is it?

I also tried burning other games like super paper mario and the incredible hulk and they work well? So does this trucha signing applies only to new games?

Thanks.

For games, you can actually google around. I don't use torrent to d/l them but Megaupload or Rapidshare.

DVDs, Memorex, Imation and Vertabim works for me
