For me, it's around midnight. I usually read on bed until my eyes close.
How abt you? Is it difficult for you to fall asleep? |

soccer days = 5am
and no matter how late i sleep, will wake up before 9am

last time used to sleep before 11.30pm cos next morning have to wake up early at ard 6.30am to prepare for work~
BUT.....
ever since i joined this interesting and fun forum, i have been turning quite late sometimes to 4.30am~ oh gosh~

when i was still at school, always sleep around 2 or 3am. Busy with projects sia..
now after working, sleeping at 1am the latest.. but if got tight deadline, then sleep like around 4am or 5am.. or not sleep at all..
