Maybank if i am not wrong has the highest interest. Stan chart sucks badly, service sucks, the credit cards sucks too. They have the cheek to charge me $150 plus GST for a platatium card when it didn't mention any charges when I apply for it, I saw free for 1 yr. Luckily I check through as my bill for that month is damn high.

yah... when they promote the e-Saver account... their interest rate was the highest...
then they start to lower down month by month... now it no longer the best interest rate offer...
:speechless:

I didn't pay, call them and ask them to enlighten me on this issue, the customer service is so good that he told me, I will investigate and get back to you, if I don't get back to you, means its wavie. SO I stupidly waited n waited, no call until the next bill came, and I know it's been wavied. $150 is consider on the low side but I just refuse to pay because i saw free of charge for 1 yr.

Standard Chartered e$aver is never the highest when you got more than $5 000 to start off with. However it's worth to take a look at their Xtra Saver Debit/Credit card with the cashback options. It complements Maybank iSavvy Account very well.

It a card that allows you to play around with POSB Everyday card as well.

I started with having my savings in Finatiq, then moved them to Stanchart when they launched the esaver .... now esaver also cannot make it, so this time moved to Fundsupermart cash fund.

its time to move away from standard chartered 's e-saver, definitely cannot make it.
the lower interest rates is definitely not worth investing.
