Tiger Airways offering 2 cents one-way ticket to four Thai destinations from July-Sep

SINGAPORE: A one way air travel ticket on Tiger Airways to four Thai destinations from 1st July to 30th September next year is going to cost just two cents, excluding the taxes.
Tiger Airways is offering 12,000 seats for grabs during this period.

Bookings open on Monday (11th Dec) and are on till Wednesday (13th Dec).

Tiger Airways says this special ticket price is in celebration of it achievement of the two millionth passenger mark this week.

The four destinations are to Bangkok, Hatyai, Krabi and Phuket. - CNA /dt

Ya man! I don't fall for the cheap cheap offers because it's soooo misleading one! :disgust2: By the time, they add in all the different kinds of taxes, each ticket will probably costs a couple of hundred dollars!

I don't think they are out to cheat. Afterall, we ALL know that prices quoted for air tickets in Singapore are "FROM" prices, meaning taxes and fees not included, which when it is, will add around a couple of hundred dollars to the price.

The 2 cents tickets are good deals, but you have to book in advance and they don't allow you to cancel, meaning that you will have confirm your travel plans many months in advance. THAT's the catch for these sort of prices.

air port taxes are pricey, however this is a very good deal...
