Default Who would have thought Changi Village would be flooded?

STOMPer Isa saw this flood at Changi Village at about 5pm yesterday (Dec 11).

"Who would have thought it would flood in Changi Village?" the STOMPer wrote in an MMS to STOMP.

According to the STOMPer, it was the second time Changi Village was flooded in a week, at the very same spot.

The STOMPer said it could be due to the construction of a new bridge there.

i think we gotta purchase those vehicles like the duck tours in a couple of years... then we will not have to worry about flood. we can even travel to batam on our own!!!
