I am not against formal coaching, but I see it as a more procedural approach to fine-tuning skill sets necessary to play the game. Any sports comes down to physical fitness no matter how you look at it. |

Lesson will cover foerhand & backhand grounstrokes, volleys, smash, serve, singles & doubles positioning. There is 3 slots left.. It will be $250 per person for 8 lessons.. 1 lesson for 2 hours Venue: Tampines Safra Time: 12pm-2pm Date: 8 Sep Sat (Every sat) If u prefer to form own group n own time also can..
