Tell me, is this a lizard crushed by ice? 
STOMPer Maggie said she was halfway through drinking her cup of Coke when she saw what looked like a dead baby lizard in the cup.
In an email to STOMP last night (Jan 29), Maggie said this happened on Jan 21, when she was at the Long John Silver's outlet in Block 215, Bedok North Street 1.
"I ordered a set meal and as usual, I will finish my meal first before drinking the Coke. Halfway through the Coke, I realised there was a suspicious looking item sticking out on the inside of the cup.
"It looked like a small dead lizard which has been squashed by ice," she said.
The STOMPer said she spoke to the manager about this.
"All she can tell me is that she does not know anything or why it ended there," she said.
"She picked up the object with a straw and rubbed it between her fingers. Then she informed me and my friend not to worry, as she is sure that it is not lizard due to the texture.
"However, she is unable to give us a satisfactory explanation on what it is," Maggie said.
The STOMPer also spoke to the area manager on the phone that same night.
"He gave me the same answer as his outlet manager. I have requested for an investigation on the item but so far nobody has called me back," she said.

maybe tis lizard had drop down from ceiling & suffocate under ton of ices dun tink ppls purposely throw lizard into coke.

last time i worked in a fast food restuarant too and the kitchen if filled with small crawling cockroaches. as a stuff there my meals are also the fastfood customer ate... I think its a matter of who get 1st prize in their food when they get lucky.  | |
