Thing is the cafe is in the "street mall" like area. There are a lot of small shops, and the numbering doesn't quite help.

I know there's a Wang's Cafe and a waffle house near the Manga Oasis Cafe if that helps.

for those who dont really know how to go, you gotta find the toysrus at the top level. cant rem which tower though. then beside this toysrus there will be a streetmall kinda thing like apocalyptic mentioned. once u walk into it keep to the left, you should be able to see it.

anyways i may be late if i cant wake up in time ._. and my phones down. so i may have abit of problems if there arent any payphones around.

or just hope my gut feelings can guide me to you all =)
