Hi n8rm5n, I usually reccomend that people start with the Rider-Waite deck as that deck is very graphically relevant. The R-W deck is also the most commonly used deck, and most books makes references to the R-W deck.

If you're interested, I know the Kinokuniya at Liang Court has one on sale. I was there last night. I'd also advise you pick up a few books on the Tarot to gain a better understanding of the cards.

The Tarot cards, which are sold at Comics collection, would not be of very good quality.

But if you want to use it for divination. it is still possible. However the instruction book which comes with them are usually quite limited.
