Is it true that certain driving centre will give you a higher chance of passing?

alot of people say BBDC have the better passing rate. i do agreed, cos i took my TP at there. during certian time the road is quite clear. but seriously, i think u can pass everywhere. is how u handle the car and drive. if u very "zai", no matter where, u can pass one.

i still believe...if u know how to drive , u sure pass...
test they focus on safety...just concentrate on safety aspect will do

if there got ranking which one pass easily...then...
BBDC pass = beginner license?
SSDC pass = advance license?
Ubin pass = expert license?

haha i see. i have quite a number of friends who passed their TP at the ubi area... but a bigger number of friends failing at the BBDC

pass at ubi ... u come on the roads you more confident lar ...
there is industrail area ... when peak hours ...jams forms and traffic there most of them hack care u esp Taxi ...)
avg times to pass there is at least 2 ...

SSDC is more or less an avg traffic flow course, (becoz YCK MRT station tht stretch and NYP back gate tht side is killers ... hard change line there) ...
but TP here very strict ....

BBDC ... i survey the traffic flow ... super smooth ... can change lane easily ...( tht is after i pass my TP)

i have a number of friends who took their tp at bbdc and passed..if enrolled in sch, it will be easier to pass..of cos u need to know how to drive carefully etc.

To me passing is more important so I took the supposedly easiest to pass centre - BBDC (I passed on first attempt)

Later just drive more and you'll be alright. Sporean drivers horrible bullies anyway..

Ubi area challenging but u'll get to practise at easier areas like pasir ris
look out for L plate 3 ton trucks.. ubi area lots of narrow junctions and rdside parking

in my opinion is has to be true.

firstly, there are 3 driving centres with 3 different test routes (i know each driving centre has about 10 test routes)

the cars that they use are also different, when i took my driving @ SSDC i was driving a EXi, ubi was using soluna and bbdc using some other cars.

traffic wise, there's a big difference as well. ubi well known for it's traffic jam, and bbdc/ssdc has less congested traffic with much bigger lanes.

and 3 different schools, you can expect different standard of teaching. i had a instructor that has taught in all schools before, his reply was that SSDC is more systematic in teaching.

with so many factors involved, how can they be the same???

like ahmas said, you will pass if you are good enough.

This depends on your test route. If you take at BBDC, the worst test route you can kena is the one at Teck Whye, lot's of pedestrians, quite a few zebra crossings on a upward slope, the worst part is where you come to a point where there is a stop sign at a T-junction. You will have to stop on the slope,move off from the slope & do a right turn at the junction while taking care of the incoming traffic from both left & right sides because there is no traffic light at the T junction.

I think so as BBC seems to be the easiest. And the courses are also lesser.

my tuition teacher told me she tried 8 times in ubi... all failed! she got so fed up she switch to bbdc, 1 time pass -.-

wa lao her experience makes me scared of taking TP in ubi leh

Heard that the BBDC got stricter recently coz those driver pass from there got the highest accident rate than those pass in other centre.....

and also down to luck. I got a friend that took the test at SSDC. Nearly all the mistake he does is immediately failure. Never stop at the stop line. Turning on the junction and straight into another lane. Still, he passed. Its all down to luck. Your instructor those heck care type you lucky.

Alot of factors go into whether you pass or fail....

But the general opinion is that the traffic at Ubi is killer

But i got friends that said ubi easy to pass. The traffic plays a part. You stuck in traffic, the instructor will say " Ok nvm. Later U turn go back to school". Doesn't know if its true lar. haha
