anyone knows what are the requirements for a gold in swimming.

i stopped at silver and now i am intending to finish up.

the ability to dream is a great privilege. never give it up

Don't remember. Should be quite easy for your age. I passed it at the age of 11....

What is the benefit of having a gold cert? My kids already hv the silver cert, wonder if they should continue? Any future prospects of having a gold cert? Like can become a swimming instructor?

hi, u need to complete 100m in 3mins(using front stroke) tread water with both hands up 1 min, the rest is the same , if u interested pls contact me at 9803271 , as i'm a swimming coach , cheers

Hi, having a gold cert is to learn more on the survivor skill and in future if ur kids were to take life saving courses will have a higher chance of passing , if u interested pls contact me at 9803271 , as i'm a swimming coach cheers
