I'm very supportive of the idea. Nothing wrong with bringing your own bag(s) to support environment conservation.

I always carry a sling bag when I go out so that whenever I make a purchase anywhere, I will tell them that I don't need a plastic bag and just put them in my sling bag.

So far I have not really tried that but I don't mind. I've been killing the environment so much that it is constantly on my guilty conscience.

I always believe that I should plan my activities.
If I have the intention to buy a bigger item, I try to bring a bigger bag. Unless it's too big and awkard to put in bag, then I'll maybe ask for a plastic bag.

oh, hi5^! Same here!
I always bring a big bag so i can dump everything inside, save the hassle of carrying so many paper/plastic bags and help to save the world as well.

Everyone shld try it! No harm bringing a slightly bigger bag isn't it? Just a little packing and ur hands are free other than your own bag!:biggrin4:

haha. dumping all things into a big bag will be too heavy to carry.
it will injured your shoulder.
separate things into other bags will be easier to carry.
bring some empty plastic bags will do. :biggrin4:

i fold a 'save earth' type of carrier bag into my sling bag, so when go ntuc buy groceries can take it out and use.. not like it takes up lots of space in my bag.. much more easy on my palms then those plastic bags also.
