But really, the weight change is as good as nil, in-fact increased.
kk, muscle gain la huh, console myself.
Anyway,
really for the girls dieting to the extreme is a really silly thing, cos can u maintain it forever?
The key is MAINTAINCE.
For the record, in 1mth i lost 20kgs, its not diff really.
that was a period when I was working in NTUC as a cashier. I was on feet alot. (yes, standing is more effective than sitting) maybe bcos of the situaion, I always ended up eating Bee Hoon Soup at night, but i went to sleep soon after (which is a disaster).
Girl's fatty area= Thighs, and arms, and some cases Tummy. (different bodies work different find out yours)
Boys= Tummy! without a shadow of doubt.
for girls: Things you can do when you are watching TV:
muscle turned fats on their arms, massage it, it will go away if u have determination.
if you are above 25, its time to do leg lift, skin sag, so need to do extra exercise to maintain the thigh muscle or else, that very strip of fries is going to end up there.
*tips tips*
Avoid gassy drinks or sugared drinks for the manner, (as applied by China's country wide weight reduce program for obese youth)
our normal food intake (including rice and what not) has glucose on its on. a glass of sugared drinks is actually more than enough for our body intake) So unprocessed sugar becomes fats.
Go for water, mineral water that is. But of-course not too much in the evening. Water retention as mention by Ms Porcelain. From eyebags to pelvis area... Step into Cold Storage or any supermarket, u can get it at what $0.45?

Yes water retention, but should never avoid totally ya? Bcos water intake on a boring lecture session gives ur brain a boost too.
Drink fruit juice (Peel Fresh at $0.80) instead of sugared water if u had enough of drinking those tasteless mineral water.
Must eat Breakfast!
1. You wont feel so hungry, then end up BIG lunch.
2. Increase Metabolism rate if u have breakfast within 2 hrs u wake up.
3. Keeps u awake and alert (tts y some schools have breakfast program) and especially if u take juice in the morning. OooOoo you can be running on heels the whole day baby~. The natural ingredients gives ur brains a morning boost.
Avoid Carbo 3-4hrs b4 sleep. (esp those that wants to build 6 pack/abs muscle)
its very general actually. Carbo gives energy, energy not use, what do they become? the F word (suddenly sounded so vulgar

Feel free to eat Carbo in the early afternoons, bcos ur body have time to process n digest it through the day.
For office workers, those that sits in-front of Monitor. If possible, go light on carbo. bcos it accumulates on the tummy area for man, and for ladies it be at the pelvis area. bcos effectively only the fingers are moving, or perhaps the upper body (for those with many work desk)
Afternoon snack to keep awake? Whats better than fruits? or perhaps Iranian Figs? Naturally sweet
Do crunches before u sleep (maintain and gives the abs muscle a good stretch) Sit ups if done wrongly hurts the body. the main thing for sit up is use abs muscle, some people use neck, etc etc. that is on bed. the best place to do.

why? cos theres good cusionning. Tone it up a little *PuWEE*
Eat Fruits!
Not only does it builds up ur immunity system, its good to help detox too. (vitamins encourages the building of healthy cells, white blood cells for the matter, so the body will be better able to fight n prevent virus invasion)
Do you know the status of your large intestine is reflected on your face, Face and skin condition. *but not so applicable for those with acne problem*
The more it stinks the darker the color is in ur waste, in the washroom, the more ur intestine is calling for help.
Fruits!
before meal - provides for vitamin absorption, bcos after carbo absorption, the vitamin absorption effects is lessen.
after meal - the fiber helps to clear out the intestine.
While washing face, give your neck a good scrub too, or perhaps massage, bcos the neck has as much exposure as the face, u can a pretty looking face with a neck that has extra layers... Just give it a good big pinch. *thumbs up*
Exercise is important... *im too lazy for tt myself*
Jogging is good, cos it moves the whole body, for the ladies, make sure u are on appropriate sports bra. the last thing u need is pre-mature sagging.
For the man, its nice to see a healthy good looking man exercising.

whether is it basketball or jogging.
thats y they came up with the phrase Sunshine Boy ya?
Having said all these, know that wat goes in have to come out, be it by waste, or energy output.
Dont leave too much to be stored away.
It takes the body 2 to 5 hrs to digest.
