Successfully lost weight? Share ya tips!

i have seen a lot of rants and raves on various workout plans, dieting methods, slimming pills, body lotions, trimming belts etc but just couldn't gather which is better or a lot of times there were qns but not much reviews etc...

maybe for those who have managed to lose some weight or inches, can share with us how you do it and we can get reference from here. thanks!!

I think a balanced diet is most important. Although it will take a longer time to lose weight but it's a healthier choice. -_^

eat less. look after diet more like dun overshot your RDA needs, etc. exercise, do more sports.

weight loss since jan: 14kg.
waist gone down by: 7

i wish i can lose that much too...

but i've gained like 10kg in the past 1+ years and now trying desparately to lose it all... been working out intensively for the past 2 months till my knees and ankles got prob now... but still fat. *SOB*

haha.. i oso wana give away my fats... im too lazi to execise lorz.. somemore no time to do lehz.. workin n studyin at the same time.. haiz.. tght wil slim down coz too stress up.. but dint lehz.. so sianz..

in 6mths i frm 75 drop to 58!

but nw its hovering back to 70 soon! or there alreayd..long time nv weigh myself

i think i'll die also.. once i feel hungry i totally cannot function. will feel very weak and my limbs will shiver in hunger... sometimes i feel like so useless! cos i do hv friends who lost weight by going on "puasa"... literally fasting for days!!
