I think subway advertises on their low fat (Less than 6g of fats) sub rather than a low calorie one.. since bread or rice or anything provides calories le.
Now subway provide less and less vege, last time alot more. And the price also not too cheap, around 7+ for a meal. => jp outlet always give me a few pieces of veg onli -_-
The cookies are laden with calories, esp double chocolate or m&m ones. (210 kcal for double chocolate 1 piece~~!!! italian bmt 6inch only 437! imagine a meal with coke + 2 cookie + sandwich. more than half calories come from cookies and drinks.) But still, the cookie is damn nice.
last time i remembered, if you wan egg mayo you can ask them to make it for you. Its not in the menus, just like tomato sauce or chilli sauce. | |

I really like subway - usually ask for chicken teriyaki with honey mustard, and with lots of lettuce, cucumbers, olives and capsicums. I had a bad experience at the Far East (i think it's far east but it maybe scotts? can't rem though) where they were so stingy with the vegetables and refused to give me any more unless i topped up a dollar! At all the other outlets, they'll just give me more. Other than that, i patronise all the other outlets esp lido one. | |

i loveee subway too! Their breads r really good esp parmesan and oats. LOL Yah quite exp..but i like they got many veggies and their wraps r good too.
I like turkey breast, oven roasted chicken breast and terriyaki chicken. For cookies i loveee white macadamia nut. =P
