Any one have tried Subway Restaurant?There is about over 50 outlets all in Singapore.Subway Meal is quite cheap and low in calories and trans fat.Even it is healthy food.Pricing range from $4.90 onwards.But cookies is best one too because it is made fresh daily and also sandwiches too.

i love subway! cheese steak, cold cut, bmt, turkey breast...

... but you mentioned healthy meal and the cookies in the same sentence. abit the ironic =). Subway everything healthy but not the so called side dishes. Cookies or potato chips.... abit like defeating the purpose =p

only eat the one in NUS though. haha, student discount =p

pardon me for my lack of knowledge. but i didn't know subway meal is low calorie! maybe i should turn to subway from now, instead of mac and etc =p

the student meal rocks. haha. you can get a 1 foot long sandwich, 2 cookies, and a drink for just $6 : D i love their meatball & cold cut sandwiches.

btw.. different outlets of subway have different promotions.
because subway is franchise.
not all subway outlets are managed by the same company.

i ate subway food one time only
and i like it very much .its like 1029319023712903812938 time better then macdonald or kfc
but the food quite exp. last time i eat is 7 dollar plus .so must save a lot den can eat

You guys never heard of Jared Fogel? He's was used in Subway's advertising some time ago, focusing on the health factor of their subs. Jared went on a subway diet and lost 109kg in total. Of course, he also did some exercise. And also remember, not all Subway sandwiches are low in calories. Anyway, google him and have a read.
