tis is gonna be long..

juz chatted with my gf(who is also my collegue at work place) ytd & wow~ i realise quite abit of things ehx.. realise how fake some ppl are.. & nv expect it to happen to me.

#1 a waiter(call him.. M)
my gf was da ex-gf of M & she juz turn 18 & start smoking lar.. den 1 day, she call me asking me to help her buy cig & wan to share with me the cig lar den i say ok. at work place, went i pass her the cig to smoke(cos she ask from me), M told me "ehx, dun let her smoke too much, she dun really smoke de" den i was like "ok" but thinking, if she wanna smoke, i also cannot stop her mah.

den ytd, she told me tt M said to her "dun let Joey(my name at workplace) influence u to smoke ok?"

i was like, wtf? u wan u say straight to my face lar.. i din even offer my gf cig lor.. is she take from me de leh.

#2 my manager
dat day was a busy day at work mah.. lots of customer. den 1 customer asked for salad sauce which is available at da cold kitchen side(we got hot kitchen also for hot food lar). den went i reach the cold kitchen outside, my manager was blocking at the door with a small opening mah (da door is a sliding door) den i say "excuse me" (hoping dat he will move a lil so tt i can slide the door bigger to pass thru) but he nv move & i din noe he was talkin to the chef or wad so i tap on him a lil & say "excuse me" again. den he turned over & shouted at me "WAIT" den i was like wtf? wad did i do?

den after tt when he talk to me, i ignore him lar. den he say i attitude(which is true but i still serve my customer with smiles) den he attempt again to talk to me saying "hi joey, how's ur day?" den obviously i ignore him den he say "hey, wad's wrong? wad's with the attitude?" den i juz turn over & say "i dun like to be shouted at for nth" den he was shocked. den awhile later he came over & say "hey, i think we shd have a talk mayb dere was a misunderstanding"

we went out to talk den he ask wad's da problem den i say "i dun like to be shouted at for nth. i juz ask u to excuse me cos da door can be bigger & i juz wanna get something from the kitchen" den he say "ya, but i was talkin to the chef at tt time" den i say "but still u dun have to shout at me right?" den he say "am da manager u noe, not a waiter" den i say "so? we are still human beings right? who like to be shouted at for nth?" den he say "ok.. am sry if u feel hurt or wad but i din mean to shout at u..probably i was juz a lil louder" den i also dun wan da matter to get big den juz shake hand with him lor.

den ytd, from my gf again.. she told me after tt incident, my manager told M(they are gd frenz mah) "i'll nv hire any chi gal ever". forgot to add, he's ang moh.

tis manager always got mood swing de lor.. u nv noe when he is happy or unhappy de leh. plus, with him ard, we nv get to eat our dinner but he get to eat his.

seems like it's so dangerous to work at tis workplace sia(it's not a big company somemore) dunno when u will be stab at the back.

it's like that like my boss treat me well in front of everybody like if she see me not feeling well will say u shd go home and rest but next day come back will talk to me say u always sick taking mc it's not nice to do this.

lol he's just a manager la... not even a big post.. well you can quit, and look for a better job, with a better boss.

I thought angmohs would be more gracious than that... before you say he's angmoh i thought is indian or what.. cos my last workplace had alot of indians from malaysia and they ALL acted like this.

Gosh! i left that place i nv looked back.. Only miss my colleagues over there..

i dont see any wrong in you, at least you didnt keep it to yourself, and later backstab him. you tried to clarify and seek explanations.
my ex boss also mood swing wan. she even buy food, even go to the extent of giving me shoes, extra discounts, long breaks, praise me like hell, etc. but sometimes her mood swings really is anyhow target one, n u got mistake she wont tell you, she tell another person -.-
i couldnt take it anymore n left. LOL.


i'm glad my working place at Pan pac is great. hahahas, anything they not happy, they shoot to your face, and everybody will be happy again, lidat serve customers also happy mah.
